This week, she explains her fandom of being a fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks, the team her dad captained in the mid-1960's. This past week, she accompanied Jerry and Gene Jones as the Razorbacks' 1964 national champion team was honored at the Arkansas-Alabama game in Fayetteville, Ark.
We often are generational fans. You're a fan of a sport your parents played, you're a fan of your alma mater or of the team your family cheers on to victory on Sundays… sometimes you're a fan of your family's rival team just because it's fun to be the rebel and develop the competition of a house divided!
As I've said so many times, my passion is football and I'm one who loves the teams my family loves. We certainly share a passion for the Cowboys, and I love cheering for my alma mater, the Stanford Cardinals! But the University of Arkansas has a special place in my heart
