Marc Colombo has found a new home with -- surprise, surprise -- the Miami Dolphins.
Colombo is widely expected to sign a one-year deal and rejoin Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano, his former offensive line coach in Dallas.
The Cowboys released Colombo on Friday after re-signing offensive tackle Doug Free and guard Kyle Kosier. First-round tackle Tyron Smith is expected to start at right tackle, the spot Colombo held since 2006.
The Dolphins have been a popular landing spot for ex-Cowboys since Bill Parcells took over football operations in 2008. Parcells has since left his post, but Sparano and general manager Jeff Ireland are still plugged into the Dallas pipeline.
