The Cowboys have officially announced the daily schedule for training camp, which begins on July 23 when the team heads out once again to Oxnard, Calif.

The Cowboys are heading off to Oxnard, Calif. for the 18th time for training camp with a departure day of July 23.
The 2024 camp, presented by American Airlines, will mark the 45th year that the team has trained in Southern California. Fans will be able to attend all practice sessions that are open to the public free of charge, beginning with the first workout at 11:30 a.m. (Pacific time) on Thursday, July 25th until the final open practice on Wednesday, August 21st. Public entry will open two hours prior to practice.
Training camp in Oxnard will be highlighted by the annual camp opening ceremony and special fan event - Cowboys Back Together Weekend, presented by American Airlines - as the team welcomes fans back to training camp on Saturday, July 27th. The Cowboys Back Together Weekend event will begin at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific) as fans enjoy live music, appearances by Cowboys Alumni, Dallas Cowboys mascot, Rowdy, a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders autograph signing, exclusive merchandise, prizes, giveaways and more. The opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) which will include a
performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones before the 10:30 a.m. (Pacific) open practice session.
Additionally, on Wednesday, July 31st, the team will host a Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA to show their gratitude towards military personnel and first responders.
Following the team's return home to Texas, the final portion of Dallas Cowboys Training Camp will be held at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, with selected practices open to the public that will be announced at a later date.

Put on your best Dallas Cowboys gear and head over to The Collection at RiverPark for Oxnard Fan Night featuring the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders! This free community event is a chance for fans to see performances by America's Sweethearts and an appearance from Cowboys Mascot Rowdy, with opportunities for photos and autographs. This event will also include Dallas Cowboys trivia, contests, giveaways, and more! This year's event will feature host ZEALE of rap duo Blackillac, plus performances by local dance crews, an appearance by a Cowboys legend and more!
