IRVING, Texas – After taking home the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week last week against the Eagles, the Cowboys are once again up for the award in Week 11 after pulling out an overtime thriller against the Browns.
Many thought the Cowboys could run away with this one, but the result came down to the leg of kicker Dan Bailey at the end of regulation and in overtime to pull out the 23-20 win.
The Cowboys trailed, 13-0, at halftime, before mounting a second-half comeback with 17 unanswered points. The Browns then took the lead on a touchdown with 1:07 remaining before quarterback Tony Romo marched his team down the field and in position to send the game into extra time, where Bailey drilled the winner.
Every nominee this week features similar scares and comeback wins, including an overtime victory by the Texans to beat the Jaguars and a fourth-quarter rally by the Packers to top the Lions.
Fans can vote for one of the three moments on NFL.com/gmc from now until Friday at 2 p.m. CT. After the season, fans can then determine the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Year among the 17 weekly winners.
