On Tuesday, Tony Romo conceded the starting quarterback job to Dak Prescott during an impromptu press conference. Since the mid-2006 season Tony Romo has been the quarterback for the Cowboys and through many ups and downs, there was never a doubt about his leadership or determination. But it was always his character that stood out the most.

With his speech on Tuesday, he reiterated why he is so loved within this organization. Many fans, athletes, celebrities and other players around the NFL took to Twitter to convey their feelings, too.
