The Dallas Cowboys remain in the top third of the NFL Power Rankings after two consecutive road wins in San Francisco and Washington.
All of our usual sources of Power Rankings were very pleased with the Cowboys' performance against the Redskins. They credit the pass rush for continuing to get better throughout the season, which is a positive sign going forward.
But even more so, all the rankings agree on how dominant Ezekiel Elliott has been the past few games. They credit Elliott for much of the Cowboys' success, but fear that not having him on the field due to his suspension will be worrisome for the Cowboys going forward. Trying to fill Zeke's void on the team may have an impact on playoff hopes in the eyes of the NFL Power Rankers.
The Cowboys are finally back on home turf this weekend as they host a tough Kansas City squad. Beating the Chiefs, without Zeke eligible to play at this point in the week, would prove that this team is still just as tough and competitive as last
