The first week for Mike McCarthy has certainly been a busy one in Dallas.
The ninth head coach in franchise history has been focused on putting together his new staff and said the first days in the job have been centered more on his assistants than his actual roster.
But in a 1-on-1 sitdown at Ford Center at The Star, McCarthy talked about a wide range of topics from building a culture, protecting the legacy in Dallas, what he expects from Kellen Moore and Dak Prescott and how a kid from Pittsburgh has gone from coaching Green Bay to now the Cowboys, creating quite an NFL journey.
