ARLINGTON, Texas– The final week of the regular season features a lot of star power on the Cowboys' inactives list.

Quarterback Tony Romo and linebacker Sean Lee were both ruled out earlier this week. They'll join cornerback B.W. Webb, safety Jakar Hamilton, linebacker Ernie Sims, defensive end Martez Wilson and tackle Darrion Weems on the inactives list against the Eagles.

DeMarcus Ware, who was questionable entering the weekend with back and elbow injuries, is active. Dez Bryant, who was limited for two days this week and missed another practice with a back injury, is also active. [embedded_ad]

Sims was doubtful heading into the game with a groin injury that held him out of practice all week. Other than Romo, Lee and Sims, the rest of the inactive players are all healthy scratches.

The Cowboys will get back both returner/wide receiver Dwayne Harris and cornerback Morris Claiborne from hamstring injuries. Harris hasn't played since Dec. 9 against the Bears, while Claiborne hasn't played since Nov. 24 against the Giants.

Backup quarterback Kyle Orton will make his first start with the Cowboys since joining the team last year. DeVonte Holloman will once again start at middle linebacker in place of Lee.
