ARLINGTON, Texas – The Cowboys will be without two of their top three leading tacklers of the season against the Packers.
Sean Lee (neck) and Bruce Carter (hamstring) were both ruled out on Friday, joining wide receiver Dwayne Harris, cornerback Morris Claiborne, linebacker Martez Wilson, tackle Darrion Weems and safety Jakar Hamilton on the Cowboys' inactives list for Sunday's game.
Harris (hamstring) was the only other player already ruled out before Sunday. Claiborne was questionable with his hamstring injury and won't be ready to go. The rest of the inactive players were healthy scratches.

With the losses at linebacker, Kyle Wilber will start at strong side linebacker. Justin Durant, who was inactive last week, will start at middle linebacker, while Ernie Sims will move into the weak side linebacker spot.
A neck injury to DeVonte Holloman had sidelined him for most of the season, but he'll be active this week and add depth at linebacker. Defensive end Everette Brown, who was inactive last week, will play Sunday.
In addition, defensive end Edgar Jones, who was signed to the active roster from the injured reserve/designated to return list Saturday, will be active Sunday. Linebacker Orie Lemon was released to make room for Jones on the 53-man roster.
