IRVING, Texas - The Cowboys had eight players sitting out of practice on Wednesday, including offensive tackle Tyron Smith.
The first offensive lineman to win NFC Player of the Week honors in more than 10 years, Smith sat out with an ankle injury. Smith anchored an offensive line that helped pave the way for 401 yards of total offense against the defending-champion Seahawks.
Along with Smith, DeMarco Murray and Tony Romo also missed practice as well.
