Jones Sits Outs; Club Still Not Concerned

The concern level regarding Felix Jones has most certainly increased, now that the running back has missed yet another practice on Wednesday, just three days before the showdown with the Eagles.

Jones, who has tightness in his hamstring, has now missed both of the regular practices this week, but could make it back to the field for walk-thru practices on Thursday and Friday.

Cowboys VP and director of player personnel Stephen Jones, as he was heading out to practice, stopped for a moment to chat with reporters. Stephen Jones said he wasn't overly concerned with Felix missing another practice and said with him being the lead back, they were going to give him every opportunity to be 100 percent for the game.

Stephen even joked that both he and Jerry Jones would help out in terms of treatment for the hamstring if need be.

Still, the Cowboys practiced with newly-signed veteran Sammy Morris, whose 12 carries against the Bucs last week are the only 12 carries he's had all year, and practice squad tailback Chauncey Washington, who has four career carries in four pro seasons.

In other injury news, safety and special teams ace Danny McCray (ankle) did not practice, along with defensive tackle Josh Brent (knee) and wide receiver Andre Holmes (hamstring).
