What realistic outcome for the Cowboys on draft weekend would you be most excited about if it came to fruition? What would be one outcome that you would be most disappointed about if it happened?– Adam Smith/Little Rock, AR**

Patrik: There are several scenarios I'd be happy with, but one I'd be absolutely thrilled with and that's the Cowboys walking away with a combo pack of a top flight receiver and a gamebreaking running back, especially seeing as they been trapped in RB purgatory since the post-prime Zeke era and need to finally resolve that, once and for all. Do that and I'll be open to seeing what happens next at other positions over the remainder of the draft. As far as what would disappoint me, well, that one is easy: leave this draft without one or, heaven forbid, both of those positions being addressed to a degree that tells me the team understands the situation at each and, yeah, someone would have to explain it to me like I'm five.

Tommy: It's hard to predict what outcomes would be the best/worst when there's so many unknownsabout this class and the players within it, so I'll say this: I think a successful draft for the Cowboys would be to secure any combination of wide receiver, defensive tackle, cornerback and running back in the first three rounds. That's where the depth in this class is, and that's where the Cowboys need players. An extra bonus? See if there's a way to go and get a fourth-round pick back. There's a lot of players with fourth round grades that could serve as great depth pieces with potential to develop into starters.
