IRVING, Texas – Schools across the country are encouraged to enter the 2013 NFL Play 60 Super School Contest, which could result in a visit from the Dallas Cowboys.

The contest, which launched Aug. 1 and runs through Sept. 13, offers school administrators, teachers and Parent Teacher Association members a chance to win $10,000 for their school from NFL Play 60, the NFL Network, their local NFL team and their local NFL Network affiliate.

In all, 34 different schools will be named NFL Play 60 Super Schools and receive a team celebration as well as a $10,000 NFL Play 60 Health & Wellness grant, awarded as a check made payable to the winning school.

To enter the contest, participants have to write three essays about how their school is celebrating the return of football, the condition of their school's PE environment and how their school is teaching the importance of health and wellness. [embedded_ad]
