FRISCO, Texas – Safety Jeff Heath has missed the past two games due to labrum tears in both of his shoulders. While the injuries are expected to linger throughout the season, Heath participated in practice on Wednesday. Darian Thompson had started in Heath's place.
Defensive tackle Antwuan Woods (knee) and running back Tony Pollard (ankle) were also present at Wednesday's practice.
Absent from practice on Wednesday was linebacker Leighton Vander Esch, who is still nursing a neck injury. Head coach Jason Garrett said Wednesday that Vander Esch was "day-to-day," but also suggested "it might be a little bit of time" until he is available to practice.
