FRISCO, Texas – Starting linebacker Sean Lee and defensive tackle Maliek Collins were not present during the open portion of Thursday's practice.
Neither practiced on Wednesday, putting their status in doubt for Sunday's home game against Detroit. Lee is likely to miss a little time with his hamstring strain, and Collins did not play last week at Seattle due to a sprained knee.
But the Cowboys are hopeful that starting safety Jeff Heath (ankle) and defensive tackle Antwaun Woods (groin) can do a little more Thursday. Both were limited Wednesday, as was wide receiver Cole Beasley (ankle), though he was able to play 43 snaps against the Seahawks.
Pro Bowl defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence was a full participant in Wednesday's practice despite being listed on the injury report with a shoulder designation.
"Something he's been dealing with," head coach Jason Garrett said. "He's been able to practice."
Pro Bowl center Travis Frederick continues to sit out of practice due to Guillain-Barre Syndrome.
