FRISCO, Texas – After working on the side Wednesday, Pro Bowl right guard Zack Martin was back on the field during the brief open portion of Thursday's practice.
"We anticipate him doing a little bit more," Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said. "Hopefully he'll integrate in, in a limited fashion."
Martin missed the first game of his career last Sunday against the Colts after aggravating the left knee sprain he's been playing through for several weeks.
Starting left guard Xavier Su'a-Filo (eye) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday and was on the field again Thursday.
Tight end Geoff Swaim (wrist) and defensive lineman David Irving (ankle) continue to be sidelined due to injury.
