IRVING, Texas --Coming off a long weekend break, Cowboys starting safety Gerald Sensabaugh (foot) sat out the team walk-through at Valley Ranch but is eyeing a return to practice Wednesday.
Crediting the athletic training staff for a quick week of treatment, Sensabaugh played the entire game with a right foot sprain he sustained four days earlier against the Redskins.
"Pain is just mental," he said. "If I know it's nothing structural, I know I should be able to ride through it."
Sensabaugh. who is no longer wearing a protective boot, said the short Thanksgiving week was the first time he played in a game without practicing at all.
"Just envisioning myself in the game," he said. "It's kind of hard just seeing the game plan and executing it."
