The Cowboys have typically always waited until the final week before camp to sign their draft picks. So to have one done before the first rookie camp is quite a feat.
The Cowboys signed sixth-round pick DeVonte Holloman, a linebacker from South Carolina.
Holloman inked his four-year deal, just minutes before the start of Friday morning's minicamp practice.
Holloman, the 185th player drafted two weeks ago, is wearing No. 57 and working with the outside backers.
The Cowboys have yet to sign or agree to terms with the other six draft picks, who are all on the field practicing.
