Nic Scourton
2025 NFL Draft Prospect
  • Height: 6-3
  • Weight: 257
  • School: Texas A&M
  • Class: Junior
PRO CON
Can win with speed, power or technique. Gets off the line of scrimmage with some force. Heavy hands at the point of attack and packs a punch with his lower half. Good overall size. Stiff when rushing, not very bendy or flexible off the edge. Showed some high pad level and frustration against the better blockers in the SEC. Teams would throw a double-team his way and immediately find success.

OVERVIEW: Once thought of as a possible first-round selection out of this class, Scourton's stock cooled as the draft process progressed. Don't let the negative talk discourage the actual production Scourton could bring to the NFL, though. He finished third in the SEC with 14 tackles for loss and led Texas A&M with five sacks in 2024. Scourton was named Defensive MVP for the Aggies and was a Lott Impact Trophy finalist as well. He is still ready to make the NFL jump; however, his likely fit will be more around late-Day 2 or early Day 3, rather than in the first round.

COMPARISON: Dante Fowler Jr.
