OVERVIEW: After starting his college career with two seasons at Georgia Tech, Knight transferred to Charlotte, looking for a new start. He more than took advantage with an All-American Athletic Conference season, totaling 96 tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss. His breakout effort caught the eye of the Gamecocks, and he landed in Columbia, where he earned Defensive MVP honors for South Carolina in 2024. He finished second on the team in tackles with 82 while putting together 57 solo stops, three forced fumbles and an interception last season.
