  • Height: 6-5
  • Weight: 311
  • School: Oregon
  • Class: Junior
PRO CON
One of the best pass protectors in the class. Handles his assignment on an island with ease. Quick feet and an explosive first step help him gain leverage off the snap. Incredibly clean technique and hand placement. Could add functional strength to his frame, helping anchor ability against the bigger pass rushers. Gets off balance in the run game. Doesn’t process blocks quick enough in a crowd.

OVERVIEW: First tabbed with protecting Bo Nix's blind side, Josh Conerly Jr. started turning heads in just his first year as a starter. Earned an All-Pac-12 honorable-mention nod in 2023 before making the jump to All-American and elite pass protector in 2024. It could be argued he's the most pro-ready offensive lineman in the draft class because of his ability to dominate pass sets, although there is room to improve against the run. There's a chance his play strength never improves to the pro level that it should, giving plenty for teams to mull over.
