OVERVIEW: Monangai leaves the Rutgers program as one of its most decorated players ever. Named All-Big Ten twice and led the conference in rushing for the 2023 season. Was the school's first running back to earn All-America honors since Ray Rice in 2007. Monangai helped the Scarlet Knights to back-to-back bowl appearances for the first time since 2013-14 and was a leader in the locker room. His smaller stature may turn teams away initially, but his production and leadership could bring them right back in the middle rounds.
