OVERVIEW: Missouri had a few playmakers on offense, but none more versatile and productive than Burden. He was signed as their third consensus three-star recruit in program history, and lived up to the hype by earning All-America honors in 2023 as a sophomore. However, his production was nearly cut in half during his junior year, going from 1,212 receiving yards in 2023 to just 676 in 2024 despite playing in 12 games. While answers for the drop-off are needed, his talent and film still speaks for itself.
