Cowboys
The Cowboys have a couple injury question marks next to a few key players - starting corner Terence Newman (groin) and third wide receiver (for now) Isaiah Stanback (shoulder). Both are listed as questionable for the game, even though Stanback fully participated in practice all week. Newman had a full practice on Wednesday, but had limited practices on Thursday and Friday and should be a game-time decision. There is a chance he might not start but still come in on the team's nickel defense. Four players are out for the game, which comes at no surprise - starting left guard Kyle Kosier (foot), wide receivers Miles Austin (knee) and Sam Hurd (ankle) and linebacker Anthony Spencer (knee). Nickel linebacker Kevin Burnett, who returned to practice this week from a knee scope, is not listed on the injury report at all.
Browns
The Browns have a slew of injuries to deal with as well, although only two players have been officially ruled out for the game - backup inside linebacker Kris Griffin (elbow) and backup tight end Martin Rucker (knee). Backup linebacker Beau Bell (knee), kick returner and wide receiver Joshua Cribbs (ankle), starting guard Rex Hadnot (knee), starting running back Jamal Lewis (hamstring), starting free safety Brodney Pool (concussion) and backup guard Ryan Tucker (hip) are all listed as questionable, although Tucker is not listed on the injury report after limited participation on Wednesday. Kicker Phil Dawson (back) and starting strong safety Sean Jones (knee) are listed as probable. Quarterback Derek Anderson and wide receiver Braylon Edwards are not listed on the injury report after practicing fully on Wednesday.
