DeMarcus Ware was all over the field once again on Sunday. He was awarded as such on Tuesday, earning NFC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Ware recorded three sacks, along with eight tackles, including two for loss, and three quarterback pressures in the Cowboys' 27-13 win over the Texans, who entered the game as the NFL's No. 1 offense.
Ware has four of the team's six sacks already this year, and actually on pace to duplicate and perhaps even surpass his 20-sack season of 2008.
For Ware, it's the fourth time he's won the award and first since last year's game in New Orleans, when he came back from a neck injury the game before against San Diego, to help pull off the upset over the previously-unbeaten Saints.
