NFL players across the league will wear their hearts on their cleats for the fourth-straight year of the My Cause My Cleats campaign. More than 900 players throughout the NFL are planning to debut their causes on-field during the My Cause My Cleats games this season, and the Dallas Cowboys have chosen to focus on causes that are near and dear to them. Out of the total, 24 percent of participating players will represent causes related to health and wellness, 18 percent place emphasis on cancer awareness and prevention, while 17 percent of player causes were youth-focused.
This year, the NFL collaborated with THE SHOE SURGEON, a custom shoe designer, to design a special pair for Dak Prescott. Prescott will again support his own Faith, Fight, Finish Foundation, which honors his mother by focusing on fighting cancer and aiding those that are facing life-challenging hardships. The Cowboys look forward to their yearly unboxing of their cleats and it's time for the big reveal.
