Howdy, Cowboys Nation!
I'm Anthony, but feel free to call me Ant or Tony – names that have become a part of my dance journey. As I proudly step into my sixth year with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue and the esteemed Cowboys Organization, my heart overflows with gratitude. This organization is more than just a team; it's a transformative experience that shapes us into exceptional individuals, both in and out of our iconic uniforms.
The Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue has taught me the power of intention, the fire of passion, and the unbreakable bonds of love and unity. Being part of this incredible community reminds me daily of the profound beauty life has to offer.
My dance journey began at 15 when I became the first male on my high school's dance team. From there, I danced through Barton County Community College, delved into competitive cheerleading, and cheered for Navarro Junior College in Corsicana. Eventually, I focused on dance at Texas Tech University.
Life's twists and turns led me to Dallas, where in 2019, I took a leap of faith and auditioned for the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue after a five-year hiatus from dancing. Little did I know, this leap would bring me some of the best memories of my life. But the true magic lies in the camaraderie with my teammates over the years – those moments are the ones I hold closest to my heart.
I am incredibly fortunate to have a steadfast support system and an abundance of love. My heart brims with gratitude for the recognition of my art and the honor of being part of DCRB. To my parents, friends, loved ones, and those unsung heroes who have guided me along the way, my appreciation knows no bounds. And to the divine, thank you. My love and warmth extend to everyone, always.
Go Cowboys! 🏈🎵

I dance because: It is what feeds my soul, dance allows me to feel my deepest feelings, it gives me adrenaline when I perform. It is one of the constant reminders that I'm blessed.
What I like to do most besides dance is: I love to go to the gym, I love to cook, I love spending time with my two amazing dogs Creed & Kona, and love retail therapy,
I've always wanted to: Travel to Maldives in South Asia, swim with the pigs in Big Major Cay in the Bahamas, and dance for Janet Jackson.
Advice to Youngsters: Embrace curiosity and continuous learning as your lifelong companions, as they will empower you to adapt and excel in an ever-evolving world. Nurture resilience in the face of challenges, for setbacks are steppingstones to growth and self-discovery. Cultivate meaningful connections by practicing empathy and active listening, as genuine relationships will enrich your personal and professional journey.
My biggest role model is: My mom is the biggest role model to me because her unwavering strength, compassion, and dedication in both her personal and professional life inspire me to strive for greatness and kindness every day.
What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is: the electrifying energy of performing for passionate fans and the incredible camaraderie among fellow dancers that creates an unforgettable sense of belonging.
