Sam Cromley enters his 15th season with the Dallas Cowboys - 10th as the team's assistant video director. His job duties include filming team practices and games, as well as importing and organizing practice through the DVSport Network. Cromley joined the organization in 2008 as a video assistant, working with both the Cowboys and the Dallas Desperados, formerly of the Arena Football League, where he was the team's video director for its final season.

He served as the assistant video coordinator at TCU from 2004-07 where he filmed for the Horned Frogs football team. Cromley was awarded Video Coordinator(s) of the Year for the Mountain West Conference along with Director Mike Martin during the 2006-07 season. Prior to TCU, Cromley was a student video assistant at Texas State University in 2001 and a student video assistant for the University of Houston from 1997-99 where he filmed football, basketball, women's soccer, track and field and swimming while being named MVP of the video department in 1999.

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, Cromley was raised in San Antonio, Texas before graduating with a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Texas State University and a master's degree in liberal arts from TCU. Cromley was honored in 2015 as a recognized Alumni from Southwest High School in San Antonio.

Cromley and his wife Bettina, live in Richardson, Texas with their sons, Jaxon and Cole.
