As a fan in the UK and not getting wall-to-wall coverage, it's interesting to see what players and positions have been prioritized so far. Aside from signing Micah Parsons, what do you see as the most important moves this front office still needs to make?– Mike Tooth/Birmingham, England**

Mickey: First and foremost, even though they traded for Joe Milton III, they still need to sign a veteran QB with starting experience. Can't imagine the day tomorrow Dak is injured during the season, and they are willing to turn the keys over to a second-year quarterback with all of one game of NFL experience. That would be a leap of faith, and plus he would first need to beat out Will Grier to earn that right. They might want to wait until after the first of May (after the draft, too) to sign a quarterback so the free-agent signing doesn't go against them when it comes to compensatory picks next year that would decrease the value of losing DeMarcus Lawrence, Brandin Cooks, Rico Dowdle, Cooper Rush, Jourdan Lewis and Chauncey Golston in free agency. As for Micah, at least he's under contract, all signing him to an extension does is lower his cap hit for 2025. After that they need to lay hands on Dak, CeeDee, Trevon, DeMarvion and Sam Williams to get those guys healthy enough to play this season.

Tommy: If we're talking about contracts for current players on the roster, then I think getting Tyler Smith locked in for the long term is the next move that Dallas needs to make. Top-end guards come at a premium and Smith has proven to be one of the best at his position with the versatility to play on the outside at tackle too. Now, if we're talking about any moves that could be made? The Cowboys need to find a pair of playmakers at the running back and wide receiver positions. They've got two solid options at running back, but are in need of a home-run hitter that can put games away. At the wide receiver spot, a big-bodied, 50-50 ball specialist would, in my opinion, be the perfect complement to CeeDee Lamb.
