Has Michael Gallup made any progress this offseason? I have some high hopes for him as he showed flashes of being a top-level receiver last season. Do you think he will make a larger impact this season? - MCNEIL MILLET / SPANISH FORK, UT

Bryan: Gallup carried the unit the other day when Amari Cooper and Randall Cobb were sitting out of practice. He's clearly the second man of the group despite Cobb's experience. Starting to see Prescott lean on him more each day.

Rob: If I had to pick one a breakout player on offense, it's probably Gallup. You could see the potential last year in camp with how smooth and explosive he ran routes. Now he's showing more confidence out here. He knows the system better and he knows where Dak Prescott wants him to be on certain plays.

Last year Connor Williams did a decent job filling in, got demoted and then filled in again. Can we get a specific update on his status, strength, weight and how he looks during the beginning of camp? We need him to step up in a major way and work well with the other veteran guys up front. - JOE GLYNN / QUINTON, VA

Bryan: Williams didn't get demoted, he got hurt. Xavier Su'a-Filo played well and the coaches decided to stick with that combination. This year with Williams there has been more good than bad. Extra strength has helped, but more importantly he hasn't lost any athletic ability. Been working well with Travis Frederick and Tyron Smith as we progress to the season.

Rob: Williams is now listed at 320 pounds and it's noticeable how much bulk he's added. He has been the first-team left guard throughout camp so far. I watched him struggle with power rushes from Maliek Collins and Trysten Hill in one-on-one pass rush drills a couple days ago, but for the most part, you can tell he's a stronger player inside.
