It's that time of year once again, especially for Darren Woodson, who continues his journey for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
A finalist each of the last two years only to come up short, Woodson is once again among the 50 modern-era players to advance to the next round.
Woodson, the Cowboys' all-time leading tackler and five-time Pro Bowler, is a member of the Ring of Honor.
He's not alone among the former Cowboys to make the cut to 50 as Erik Williams was also on the list. A couple of other players with Cowboys ties include Eddie George and Jimmy Smith.
From here, the Hall of Fame selection committee will trim the list to 25 semifinalists and eventually 15 finalists before the announcement before Super Bowl LIX.
