2025 NFL Draft Wide Receivers Prospects

Thank goodness for CeeDee Lamb. The perennial Pro Bowl wideout is coming off his fourth straight 1,000-yard season despite battling through a shoulder injury that eventually sidelined him for the final two game. Simply put, there aren’t many better. However, behind Lamb on the Cowboys’ depth chart is a whole lot of questions marks. There is some promising young talent in Jalen Tolbert, KaVontae Turpin, Jonathan Mingo, Jalen Brooks and Ryan Flournoy, but none of them were ever able to take control of the No. 2 receiver role last season and shouldn’t be considered a sure thing going into 2025. Today’s NFL game is all about the aerial attack, and most of the league’s top offenses have at least two impact receivers. Meaning, if the Cowboys want to finally take the next step, a case can be made that grabbing a receiver to provide some offensive help should be a priority for the Cowboys in the upcoming draft.
