Competitive and tough individual who shined in a run-heavy scheme. Strong core strength helped him finish blocks and stay balanced in his pass sets. Good movement and vision that pushed him into the second level with ease. Well-rounded with room to grow. | Not very flexible and stands straight up in certain pass sets. It’s not usually a problem if he can get his hands low, but with his length, teams would attack him underneath. Not incredibly athletic and may have maxed out on his physical traits. Can only add strength. |
OVERVIEW: It didn't take long for Mahogany to earn his spot up front for the Eagles. Took the starting job at left guard as a redshirt freshman in 2020 and started every game until he suffered a season ending injury in 2022 Fall camp. He returned to the fold with a nearly flawless junior season where he didn't allow a single sack or QB hit in 2023. That production in the passing game was great, but it was how he dominated on the ground that caught the league's attention. He could be a steal for a run-heavy offensive attack.
