OVERVIEW: From USC, to Pittsburgh, and finally BYU, Slovis finished his college career as one of the biggest "What ifs?" in recent memory. He began his career as a three-year starter for the Trojans from 2019-21. It was an up-and-down tenure plagued by COVID-19 and fundamental struggles. He was ultimately replaced by Caleb Williams out of the transfer portal and decided to make the move to Pittsburgh and replace Kenny Pickett as the Panthers' starter. After one underwhelming season, he made the move to BYU where he shined in the Big 12 despite limited action.
