Always seems to find a way to make the big play. Came up huge for the Badgers throughout his career by fighting through defenders, and he became a weapon in the passing game. Solid hands and great vision make him a go-to playmaker. | Had a bit of a fumbling issue during his time on campus with four fumbles as both a freshman and junior. Never really pieced together a run as a receiver. Solid numbers but nowhere near his ceiling. Tends to run straight up, which makes him an easy target. |
OVERVIEW: Wisconsin has made a habit of producing top-notch running backs at the next level. Allen could be the next as he enters with legitimate production over his three seasons in Madison. He posted 1,258 yards and 12 touchdowns as a freshman, another 1,126 yards and 10 touchdowns as a sophomore, and a junior season with 982 yards and 12 touchdowns. Then he produced at the combine as well, posting a 4.4 time in the 40-yard dash, and a crazy 26 reps on the bench press. His blend of strength and speed weren't just something shown on tape.
